The gated complex is situated in beautiful mature wooded grounds making it easy to forget that you are only minutes from the city centre while you watch deer grazing from your balcony. Cults is a 5 minute walk where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants. Aberdeen city centre is approximately 7 minutes away and the airport can be reached within 20 minutes. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms which are all en-suite and furnished to a high standard of modern interior decor. In addition each apartment has a study, ideal for the business traveller . Every apartment contains a large flat screen TV with DVD player. Wifi Broadband is also provided. The kitchens and separate utility rooms are fully equipped with integrated appliances creating a home away from home.
