This cosy early 19th century cottage is situated in the quiet conservation village of Kilrenny, a short distance from the heritage fishing port of Anstruther and only 7 miles from the stunning historic golf and university town of St Andrews.
On arrival at the cottage parking is on road with a path through the lovely gardens leading to the pretty front door and entrance hall. The entrance hall has plenty of room for golf clubs, coats and spare luggage.
The inner hall leads through to the fabulous open plan kitchen/dining/living room and then on to the double bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Also off the hall is the main bathroom.
Principal bedroom : Comfortable double bed with luxury linens, high quality furnishings, fittings and equipment. The ensuite has a bath with shower over, toilet and whb, newly fitted. There is a helpful handrail for the bath. The bedroom opens directly onto the private garden, providing easy access to enjoying the beautiful weather and surroundings on sunny days.
Kitchen / Dining / Sitting Room: A great space for cooking, eating and relaxing in front of the fire after a day of the East Neuk outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher (please note no washing machine but a laundry service is available). There is a dining table to seat 4. The sitting room has comfortable sofas and a log burning stove - perfect for any chilly Scottish winter nights.
Bathroom: This spacious bathroom has an extremely comfortable bath for relaxing and perfect for enjoying a quiet moment.
Garden: A beautifully landscaped garden shared with the main house. Lovely for sitting out on a sunny day.
