Downstairs, the dining room can seat six should you wish to entertain and enjoys stunning views over Rothesay bay and the marina. Sit at the window and watch the Waverley dock at lunchtime or the yachts come and go from the marina all day long. A well equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, tumbledrier, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave should help to make your stay comfortable. A second WC and large walk-in storage cupboards off the entrance hallway complete the downstairs.
Upstairs, the open plan lounge and the master double bedroom, enjoy panoramic views across Rothesay bay to the Kyles of Bute and Cowal hills beyond. With an open aspect to the west, you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful west coast sunset in the evening. The lounge provides large comfortable leather suites, widescreen TV, Docking Station for IPads, DVD & CD players for your comfort. The twin bedroom to the rear looks onto the lovely back gardens bounded by a tree-covered sandstone cliff. If you are lucky, you may even see a deer! A large bright modern bathroom with WC, bath and electric shower completes the upstairs.
