Overview

The cottage enjoys a tranquil setting and stunning panoramic views across the Firth of Forth to Edinburgh and the Pentland Hills.

Accommodation:

Three excellent bedrooms, one double and two twin
Family bathroom features bath and a power shower
Large kitchen has all electrical appliances including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer
Living space consists of lounge, dining room, conservatory, and, boasts amazing views across the countryside, Firth of Forth and to Edinburgh and beyond.
Lounge is equipped with TV and video.
Large safe enclosed garden is fully equipped with garden furniture, swings and a slide
It is also well equipped for children, including toys, videos, books, travel cot and high chair.
Golf driving net.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
A small complimentary welcome pack is provided on arrival.
The cottage's nearest village of Aberdour (1 mile) is full of tourist attractions and has won many awards for best kept village. -

Aberdour has a prize winning railway train station and is well served by bus to Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline and Edinburgh.
A local store, post office, bakers and several small craft shops including the famous green witch's Mystique Moments.
