Location: The house located in the desired north end of Largs on the edge of Brisbane Glen offering countryside walks or a drive through the hills to Clyde Muirshell Regional Park and Cornalees Nature Trail. It is also only 10 minutes from the seafront and promenade leading into the town centre.
The house has private gardens, garage and off road parking. The garage offers excellent storage for bikes, kayaks or canoes. It is on an elevated position so you have views of the Scottish hills and a distant view of the sea from the master bedroom.
Largs offers two excellent golf courses, fine restaurants and cafes and of, course Largs Marina. The location is also ideal for access to Historic Ayr, Glasgow and beyond. Regular ferry services to Millport on the Isle of Cumbrae where bicycles can be hired for a ride around the island.
Accommodation comprises of three double bedrooms, with master en-suite. The 2nd bathroom is located on the main floor; A fully modernised kitchen; All appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge and separate freezer. The conservatory/garden room is large and generously furnished with wicker furniture. Outside you may enjoy al fresco dining at the garden table and chairs. A very comfortably furnished Lounge offers large flat-screen television with DVD and Sky Free Sat. There is also an assortment of DVD movies.
