The house is a Georgian country house, set in it's own ground within lawns and pleasant, peaceful gardens.We are a small working farm with various breeds of sheep our family horses and ponys, friendly collie dog and spoiled cats. A wonderful situation, just off the A703, ideal for visiting Edinburgh or touring the beautiful Borders countryside. ( A bus route nearby) 5 minutes drive to Peebles 10 minutes to Innerleithen and 30 minutes to Edinburgh. The house is very comfortable and extremely well appointed offering warm and caring accommodation for our guests. Excellent breakfast menu. Good local amenities golf, sports centre, swimming, walking and mountain biking (secure bike lock up and facilities available) Ideal spot for that quiet break or a more adventurous holiday.
