'Woodbine Cottage' is the perfect base for an action packed holiday or for a relaxing getaway. Situated in 'Newcastleton', in the Scottish Borders, the cottage offers 4 bedrooms, 2 recreation rooms and a garden with bike lock-up.

Well equipped with all modern appliances - it really is home from home. Our 4 bedroom property offers many comforts to ensure you have a memorable stay.

Local activities include the '7 Stanes Mountain Bike trails', Rock UK Adventure Centre, tennis, golf, fishing and walking.  Newcastleton's quiet roads and challenging climbs make it an ideal base for cyclists and forms part of the 'Southern Borders Loop'.

The surrounding area has much to offer.  Hadrian's Wall, Hermitage Castle, Kielder Reservoir and the Border towns with their stunning Abbeys are all within easy reach.

The Border city of Carlisle is only 20 miles by car.  Carlisle Castle and Tullie House Museum are well worth a visit.
