Wyvis, originally 3 dwellings, is a converted mill workers cottage and dates back to around 1845. Converted into a single dwelling around the mid 1940’s, Wyvis offers exceptional 4 Star Bed and Breakfast accommodation for a maximum of four guests. Wyvis is situated in the town of Tillicoultry in Scotland’s smallest county of, Clackmannanshire.

Wyvis has been a succesful Bed & Breakfast for over 20 years and Irene & Terry look forward to welcoming you to our family home, nestling beneath the Ochils, where a warm Scottish welcome awaits you. Our Kingseat room is a very comfortable four star Double room with a full ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee facilities. Whilst our Ben Cleuch room is also four star with a Double King Size bed and an adjacent private bathroom for your exclusive use. Both rooms have stunning views of the Ochils. Both rooms have complimentary Tea, Coffe and Mineral water and also have a alarm clock radio with integral iPod socket.
The comfortable guest lounge has a wide range of publications and reading material on the local area of Clackmannanshire ("The Wee County") and all parts of Scotland, books on Scottish Cookery and a selection of games and puzzles as well as a colour TV with digital channels and a built in DVD player.
Wyvis is within easy reach of the cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow and their respective airports mainline Railway Stations, as well as Scotland's newest city of Stirling. With new transport links now completed access is quick and easy from the motorway and rail networks.
This makes Wyvis an ideal destination for touring the beautiful scenic and historic Central Belt of Scotland, which has many places of interest to visit. It is also well located to access to the Trossachs and Loch Lomond National Park, St Andrews, Crieff, Perth and Pitlochry and many other Scottish towns. Visitor attractions and historic castles, such as the unique Falkirk Wheel, Linlithgow Palace, Hopetoun House, Dunfermline Abbey, Falkland Palace are all within an hours drive from Wyvis.
