Yann's At Glenearn House

Yann's at Glenearn House opened in mid March 2008 after refurbishment. We offer comfortable accommodation and a relaxed atmosphere in tasteful surroundings.

Guests and non-residents alike can sample hearty food and good wines in our bistro and lounge. We are only a 5 minute walk from the town centre, and are just round the corner from the renowned Crieff Golf Course. We hope to see you soon!

Yann's at Glenearn House is a family-owned business set in a spacious Victorian house in the picturesque town of Crieff in Perthshire. Yannick and Shari Grospellier are your hosts.

Crieff is known as the gateway to the Highlands and is a perfect, central location for discovering Scotland as it lies only an hour's drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Crieff itself has great walks, cycle routes and stunning scenery as well as tourist attractions such as the Famous Grouse Glenturret Distillery. Golf features heavily in Perthshire, and courses are plentiful, ranging from Crieff's own 18 hole course to the renowned Gleneagles courses, only 8 miles away .

At Yann's, cooking is a passion. The emphasis is on good food, kept simple and traditional. We aim to make you feel at home in our relaxed and convivial restaurant and lounge. The Bistro-style restaurant features many dishes from Yann's home region in the French Alps, with specialities such as Fondue and Pierrade on the menu as well as bistro classics like French onion soup, coq au Vin and steak frites.

The Kitchen is open to residents and non residents from :

8am till 10.00am for breakfast .
12 till 2pm for lunch
6.30 till 9pm for dinner
A comfortable and welcoming lounge awaits you for morning coffee, pre dinner drinks and coffee or digestifs.

We have 5 spacious bedrooms which are either double or twin.Four have en-suite shower rooms and the fifth has its own separate spacious bathroom .

Each bedroom has handpicked furniture and we have tried to create a home from home with all the little luxuries such as flat screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and quality toiletries.
Broadband is available from the lounge, and a DVD player is available in every room with a wide selection of DVDs being available from the Bistro.
