Overview

Whether you are visiting Glasgow for a sight seeing, shopping or business trip, Yorkhill Apartment is ideally situated just a few minutes from Kelvingrove Art Galleries and the Kelvin Hall Sports Arena. Byres Road is within a short walking distance with its cafes, fine restaurants, pubs and shops. Also close by are Glasgow University, the Botanic Gardens, the Mackintosh House and the SECC. Should you want to venture further, the apartment is very close to major bus routes, the Glasgow Underground and rail links out of the city.
Enjoy a traditional feel in this Glasgow tenement. Pass through a security entrance into a well maintained, traditionally tiled "wally" close which leads you to the first floor and enter the apartment through the front door with a beautiful, original painted glass window.

A large bay window lights up the sitting room with a traditional fireplace as a decorative focal point, wooden floorboards and high ceilings. Relax on the comfortable sofabed watching the flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD or listen to your iPod while dining at the table in front of the bay window.

Sleep well in the comfortable queensize bed with 100% cotton linen. The bedroom has plenty storage to hang or fold your clothing during your visit. A hairdryer is also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and all crockery and utensils. Tea, coffee and condiments are included to help you settle in easily. A washing machine, ironing board and hoover are stored in a large walk in cupboard off the sitting room.

The bathroom is bright and partly tiled with bath, shower and wash hand basin.

Gas central heating throughout.

Permit free, on street parking all around local area.

BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS, utilities, 100% cotton bed linen and towels included in weekly price.
