Comedy Event

King's Theatre, 297 Bath Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G2 4JN
The BAFTA award-winning comic and star of BBC One's Not Going Out and Would I Lie To You? takes to the stage for an extensive tour of the UK. The tour began in December 2009 and continues until November 2010, with extra dates being added due to phenomenal demand. The stand-up will be providing the sharp one-liners and high energy comedy which he has become known for. Mack got his big break in the comedy industry when he won So You Think You Are Funny at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 1995. Since then he has had success on stage, radio and TV. Mack presented the final series of the sports panel game show They Think It's All Over in 2005, and has appeared in three series of his hit sitcom Not Going Out, which also stars Tim Vine. Mack has featured as team captain on the comedy panel show Would I Lie To You? The other team's captain being David Mitchell, with the series being presented by Angus Deayton and more recently in 2009, Rob Brydon.
