The cookery school classes are held every month. Why not make a break of it, arrive the night before and enjoy a drinks reception with a sumptuous 4 course dinner before the cookery class the next day?

We have always run a cookery school in every restaurant we've owned and they have always proved popular.

Here at Blackaddie it was always our plan to run cookery courses, these will be (initially anyway) 2 day residential courses, not hands on just demonstrations. I will demonstrate impressive yet simple dishes that can be made at home either for a dinner party or for every day dining. Dishes you can impress your friends with, without having to spend all your time in the kitchen. They will involve professional tips that will allow you to spend time with your guests rather than being a slave to the cooker while they enjoy themselves.

A two day course will be priced from £310 per person, non participating partners will be priced from £156 per person. They could fish, play golf, shoot or simply walk while their partner learns how to cook!
