    Cafe Tabou in St Johns Place, Perth looks inviting on approach with weather permitting Al Fresco Dining available. On entry you immediately notice the French ambience with appropriate background music and framed French posters adorning the walls. The staff are efficient and polite, which creates the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy either Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

    Courgette and Brie Tartlet, Seasonal Salad, Toasted Pinenuts and Shallot Dressing: "The courgette and brie tartlet looked appealingly fresh and colourful with a dressed side salad adjacent." "The assorted salad leaves and toasted pine nuts were tossed in a good quality, flavoursome shallot dressing, which was compatible with the balsamic glaze on the base of the plate." "Proportionate and balanced, with a good combination of flavours and textures." "Skilfully produced tartlet and good seasoning evident."
