Located in the Scottish Parliament, you can have something to eat whilst spotting politicians!
The cafe is located in the main lobby and is for the use of any visitors to the Scottish Parliament. A good place to visit, before or after, your tour of the award-winning building.The café has an informal style and offers a range of food from morning pastries, home baking, cakes, homemade sandwiches and soup. The house specialities are the parliament shortbread and homemade scones. All of these are made daily on the premises.

The Scottish Parliament Cafe is ideally situated at the end of the main foyer area adjacent to the Gift Shop. On entry you notice the simplistic contemporary tables and chairs and a panoramic view out towards the park. The ambience is politically orientated with the TV screen showing different select areas in the building. Staff are friendly and attentive and make the Cafe an ideal place to relax and enjoy a light meal, or just tea and a piece of cake.

When the Scottish Parliament is in recess the opening hours stated below for Monday and Friday are also valid for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
