A family of Highland Cheesemakers handcrafting multi award winning cheeses from home produced organic milk.
You can taste and buy a range of artisan cheeses and cheesecakes made from our Crowdie, voted the 'Best Cheese in Scotland' 2008 British Cheese Awards.
We handcraft 6 varieties of cheese so there is always plenty to see when you visit. As you arrive at the Pantry you drive through the magnificent countryside where our cows meander and graze our lush green clover fields and if you can't carry your cheese we can deliver.
Our delicious and popular Clava brie won Gold at the 2007 World Cheese Awards and by coming to the dairy you can buy a slice or in rounds. Our 6 cheeses are: Connage Dunlop a Scottish Hard Cheese, Clava brie, Connage Crowdie, Cromal traditional farmhouse, Smoked Dunlop traditional smoke over whisky barrel shavings, Connage Gouda.
