Haddock with a parmesan crust - "A generous portion of haddock topped with a golden parmesan crust and a wedge of lemon." "The fish was succulent and was obviously very fresh." The parmesan crust added texture to the beautifully cooked soft fish and didn't detract from the subtle flavour"
Pavlova with apple and seasonal berries - "The meringue was perfectly cooked and was very light and melted in the mouth. The softly whipped cream was excellent." "A beautifully prepared sweet that had the "wow" factor."
