Star Anise Jus - "Care and thought was given to the visual appearance and everything had been neatly placed on the plate. The plate again was nicely selected, a simple modern design which did not distract from the dish." "The bread sauce and carrot puree had good colour and gloss. The star anise jus was a pleasing extra element to the main course and overall added to an enjoyable flavour." "Ingredients were carefully selected to complement each other.
