Flodigarry House Hotel, set within breathtaking views over The Minch, provides good quality food using fresh produce whenever possible, within comfortable surroundings. The menu has a traditional Scottish highland theme.
Flodigarry, former home of Scottish heroine Flora Macdonald, with spectacular sea and mountain views, is renowned for fine cuisine with a real taste of Skye. The young kitchen team is a highly successful blend of international and local talent, and place great emphasis on home-grown and locally caught produce. Flodigarry baking, combined with vegetables, herbs and soft fruit from our own walled kitchen garden is unbeatable. The traditional highland friendly atmosphere, log fires, ceilidhs, wildlife walks and sea fishing provide the perfect escape from city life; superb Scottish food, fine wines and service with a smile await.

Pan seared Scottish Salmon on noodles with drizzle of dark soy sauce - "A generous portion of salmon that had been browned nicely with the pan searing process and was laid on a bed of noodles." "Very good cooking of the salmon which retained its moisture. It was not overcooked yet cooked sufficiently through the cut."
