Glasgow City Council operates Queens Park Farmers Market on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 10am-2pm. The market is located at the Victoria Road entrance to the Park .
Queens Park is located approximately 4 miles south of the City Centre at the top of Victoria Road. The 60 hectare park is a beautiful Paxton creation which offers something for everyone, from manicured lawns to peaceful nature walks rich in wildlife. Over 25 producers travel from all over Scotland to display a cornucopia of gourmet delights to satisfy the city of Glasgows discerning palette. In addition to the fabulous food to take away there are sumptuous samples to try whilst soaking in the market atmosphere with traditional Scottish music and Freckles the Clown entertaining the children. It really is a case of the country comes to the city for a great family day out.
