Hadrian's is The Balmoral's lively brasserie. Ideal for a light lunch or a relaxed dinner, Hadrian‟s offers traditional cuisine in an informal setting. On the menu, a mix of Scottish favourites and classic French dishes created using the finest regional produce. Scottish shellfish bisque. Blairgowrie beefburger. Chocolate and raspberry crème brulee. Smaller appetites are also catered for with a children's menu.
Its stylish interior has a distinct 1930s Art Deco influence, with walnut floors and a palette of lime inspired by the natural landscapes of Edinburgh, taking the Salisbury Crags, sea and sky as influences.
The brasserie‟s walls are brought to life with striking life-sized photographs of pirouetting dancers by the late Lord Lichfield – a close friend of the Forte family.
