The pub sits below a fine tenement building dating from 1771.
The Hielan Jessie is close to the famous Barras market and the Barrowland music venue and is within easy walking distance to Glasgow Green and The Peoples Palace museum.
The pub is easily reached by bus from the city centre and has a good range of beers and malt whisky.
