John H. Milne has built up one of the finest fish processing businesses in the North East of Scotland, which has attracted considerable international trade. It all started when John came to Peterhead from Fife at the age of seventeen, and began working first, as a fish salesman and latterly as a fish processor. Back then the firm only employed three members of staff, but thanks to J. Milne's reputation for a top quality product, it's ranks have soared to in excess of 100 including his two sons.
