Pan Seared Lemon & Saffron Marinated Halibut, Butter Poached Kentra Bay Langoustine, Orkney Crab & Butternut Squash Risotto:
"The halibut had a lively golden and slightly crisp appearance, served on a small bed of samphire. The langoustine was served on top of the risotto to one side of the plate with a decoration of chive and small flower heads. Very appetising." "A lovely fresh piece of fish with a delicious risotto."
