In recent months, the proprietors, Calum and Rachel Ross, and their award winning chef, David Bell and his team, have sourced some wonderful Scottish produce, including Barbreck Lamb, Isle of Seil Venison, Inverawe Salmon and Loch Fyne Langoustines. With everything freshly prepared on site, including bread, jam, ice cream and chocolates you can be assured of gourmet delights. The restaurant is also blessed with one of the finest views on the West Coast, with open views to the islands of Shuna, Scarba and Jura. The  restaurant has held 2 AA Rosettes for the last 10 years and David is pushing the boundaries this year to impress the AA and maintain and improve on his exacting standards.
