Teasing your taste buds as you arrive, our glass floor peers into the wine cellar, providing you with the perfect entrance before your meal. Within the brasserie you will discover our spectacular Josper Grill - with an integrated meat fridge that allows you to choose exactly the cut you desire. The 100 person capacity brasserie is great for both groups or even if you are dining alone.

You can even dine privately in The Chefs Table which has space for groups of up to 10 people and The Hauf for up to 12 - Intimate, private and always professional, they are just right for that special occasion.

Salmon Fish Cakes: "Excellent and there was a high salmon content to the fishcake; nicely seasoned and perfectly cooked.  The spinach retained its flavour and texture.  A very well executed dish, neat in its portion and very well presented."
