Nithsdale Country Larder is located in the rolling green farmland of rural Dumfriesshire. We strive to use best practice in organic farming in order to produce the finest organically reared Scotch beef, pork and lamb. We are confident you will taste the difference.
Nithsdale Country Larder's organically reared Scottish beef is produced from Aberdeen Angus cattle fed a diet based on grass from lush Scottish pastures. This nutrient-rich organic feeding makes for fuller flavoured, naturally rich Scotch beef.
Try the delicious range of prime cuts, mince, steaks and roasting joints from our online farm shop. Our organically reared Scotch lambs run on heather hill giving them a distinctive flavour.
