If you are looking for an outstanding culinary experience, Michelin starred Number One is recognised as one of Scotland's best restaurants, with Executive Chef Jeff Bland providing outstanding cuisine. He places emphasis on creative dishes whilst promoting the best of Scotland by using only the finest and freshest seasonal Scottish ingredients.
Number One recently won the "Fine Dining Experience" Award at the inaugural Scottish Restaurant Awards 2008. The judging panel agreed that Number One offered its customers the ultimate sophisticated dining experience. All three finalists in the category were considered to be trend setters to followers, offering clients the best in inventive gourmet food.
