    A children's menu is available all day. Real food including Babycinno or a Pinta Milkshake in a traditional bottle.

    We extend a warm welcome to everyone. We want you to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, good food, great coffee, fantastic home baking and plenty to read! You can even sleep above the books.

    This delightful, homely café forms part of one of the many bookshops in the town. The emphasis is on homemade food, created on the premises from both their own garden produce and other local sources. Soup, sandwiches, light meals and snacks are available, with the emphasis on vegetarian.

    Victoria Sponge: "A large slice of cake, oozing cream and strawberry jam, and lightly dusted with icing sugar." "A dense yet not heavy texture, with rich, thickly whipped cream and high quality jam." "Delicious." "A high standard of baking skill evident."

    Opening Times:

    Full Menu served 10am - 7pm (Mon - Sat) and 11am - 7pm on Sundays.

    A Homemade High Tea is served from 3pm - 7pm. (£11.95 for 3 courses, £9.95 for 2 courses)
