Robertson's is "one of Scotland's finest" and it's no wonder, David's steak pies are from the best thick cuts of flank, diced shoulder and topside, while for his mince, only the top of shin and neck of shoulder will do.

Thanks to David Craig of Robertson's, Dundee and butchers like him, we can now have these premium cuts of meat without having to worry about toxins or preservatives. Robertson's is "one of Scotland's finest" and it's no wonder, David's steak pies are from the best thick cuts of flank, diced shoulder and topside, while for his mince, only the top of shin and neck of shoulder will do. Their award-winning Scotch pies, sausages, beef, and mince are all carefully crafted out of only the best parts, seaming out the interconnective tissue most butchers and supermarkets leave in, earning him a place amongst the best butchers in Scotland.
