Our family has over 100 years of experience in fishing and supply Rockfish through our own vessel, Audacious, one of 7 in Scotland to pilot CCTV on board to demonstrate our commitment to sustainable fishing.

Based in the Aberdeenshire village of Whitehills, we supply an extensive fish menu where haddock, smoked haddock, lemon sole, skate, rock turbot, halibut and cod are all available.

Downies of Whitehills (also with a 100 year tradition) process our fish and supply us with their award winning products.

Daily Specials are also available.

Rockfish Café and Chip Shop is situated in the picturesque Banffshire seaside village of Whitehills. It offers customers a choice of café-style sit in meals or takeaway. It has a contemporary feel with modern furnishings and photographs of local scenes on the walls. The owners are to be commended for their attitude to sustainable fishing and involvement with the Responsible Fishing Scheme.

Battered Rock Turbot with garden peas, salad and chips: "The dish was well presented and the salad garnish added colour to the plate. The portion of chips was generous." "The Rock Turbot was delicious. The batter was golden, crisp and had a light texture." "The fish was very tasty and had been very well cooked."
