Oven baked Kinlochbervie Hake with Provencal sauce and vegetables: "The dish was well presented with the hake portion placed on Provencal sauce with roasted tomatoes accompanying it. Vegetables were served separately." "The dish had a great combination of balance and flavour. The hake was still moist with firm flesh and was not overpowered by the sauce." "Care in preparation and use of high quality ingredients made this a particularly good dish. The hake had been very well prepared and the tomatoes were epic."
