Located on the southern edge of Edinburgh, The Swanston restaurant sits in the middle of Swanston Farm (and Regional Park). Since opening in 2007, we've quickly built up a reputation for our great location and views, a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, coupled with a modern menu of wholesome and popular dishes.

We're working hard to forge a reputation for great tasting, seasonal food made from the very best ingredients. We'll always look locally for our ingredients - and with our own 700 acre farm, we don't have to look too far for many.

In 2009 we added freshly grown seasonal vegetables from our very own kitchen garden to the Swanston lamb that we have served since opening in 2007. And we have introduced our very own Swanston-reared beef and pork.

The Swanston Bar and Restaurant is a bustling place with an eclectic feel where a full meal or even just a drink can be enjoyed. Al Fresco dining is possible weather permitting on the large patio and the large panoramic windows provide an opportunity to take in and enjoy the splendid vista of the golf course.
