The Carron offers diners contemporary cuisine in a stylish restaurant that exudes 1930s sophistication. The restaurant is one of the UK's finest examples of Art Deco design, and its light and airy atmosphere provides a stunning venue in which to enjoy a wide-ranging menu that suits all tastes. We have a stunning 9-ft mirror centrepiece which is rumoured to be the work of Picasso! We make use of quality Scottish produce from known local suppliers. House specialities include Chef's special crab soup and pot-roasted venison.
