Charleston Restaurant is set within an original 1930's Art Deco building and boasts a beautiful balcony that is elevated above the entertainment floor. This timeless architecture is visible throughout the venue.
Our intimate and sophisticated ambiance has been delighting residents of Edinburgh since 1997.
Head Chef Iain Smith has put together a contempory, fine-dining menu with a variety of options to tantalize the taste buds. Every effort is taken to ensure that produce is locally sourced from carefully chosen suppliers, so only the highest quality ingredients grace each plate. The NEW a la carte a truly inspiring and impressive selection of freshly prepared dishes. Exotic options such as Sea Bass fillets grilled with a ligth butter soya dressing, accompanied by pan-fried ginger, chilli and spring onions, sit alongsite ever-popular dishes such as renowned 'Crown of Beef'.
