The Cheese Pantry at Connage Highland Dairy

Producers & Specialist Shops

Ardersier, Inverness, IV2 7QU

A family of Highland Cheesemakers handcrafting multi award winning cheeses from home produced organic milk.

A warm welcome and an impressive range of organic Highland produce awaits at The Cheese Pantry.

The Cheese Pantry is a renowned cheesemonger and café, stocking a wide range of European and local artisan cheeses to buy or order on a tasty platter, and featuring a special section of our own unique range.

Our ten varietes of award winning, handcrafted cheese range from delicious crumbly cheddar and smoked cheese to brie and soft creamy Crowdie. The Cheese Pantry also sells and serves a variety of luxury chutneys, artisan oatcakes and crackers to complete your cheeseboard, and for afternoon tea there is always a fresh selection of delicious cakes from a local baker with a full tea and coffee menu.

This family business celebrates the richness of the Highlands, with our own dairy cows grazing on the rich clover pastures along the shore of the Moray Firth, and the cheeses are all made on site. You can watch this skilled process going on through a viewing gallery during your visit.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Cheese Pantry and sharing the full experience of producing a pure organic product from the cows in the surrounding fields to the tasty selection on your plate.
