Twice cooked Carnoustie pork, parsley mash and five spice gravy: "The pork was presented simply with the mash and gravy to the side. It looked and smelled appealing." "The overall balance and flavour of the dish was excellent with the spicing of the gravy working well with the pork.  The pork itself was really good and had been cooked to perfection, leaving it with a melt in the mouth texture."
