The menu includes a selection of over 100 dishes with Auld Favourites like Steak Pie nestling shoulder to shoulder with Evening Highlights such as Seared Duck Supreme, Monkfish Collops, Char Grilled Loin of Pork or the ever popular Classic Burger, Lasagne and Caesar Salad which are available all day.

The Dunalastair has an 'eat what you want, where you want policy' allowing guests to choose the environment they feel most comfortable to dine in, whether it is in The Scheihallion Dining Room, a glorious, oak panelled room, complete with 'antler chandeliers' and typical huntin, shootin, fishin memoriabilia harking back to its Victorian origins or the traditional 'pub' to the rear of the hotel, the same menu is available for guests to chose from.

The Dunalastair Hotel is ideally positioned in the village square of Kinloch Rannoch, just west of Pitlochry. On entering the Schiehallion Restaurant you notice the warming fire and interesting ornate chandeliers made up of intertwined deer antlers, wood panneling adorns the walls and the tartan carpet completes the old country elegant style. Crisp white linen and polished wine goblets further enhance the appeal and creates the perfect ambience to enjoy good food and pleasant relaxed attentive service.
