The Folly Restaurant strives to provide a good choice of meals prepared to a very high standard using fresh local produce where possible. All meals are prepared to order by our chef Wendy Pearce.

"The food served in The Folly restaurant at the Uig Hotel is sourced locally wherever possible but there are normally also a number of unusual dishes on the menu to reflect the owner's South African background. As well as the a la carte menu there a number of daily specials which utilise the abundance of quality ingredients that can be sourced on Skye and in the Highlands."
