The Horseshoe Inn

Originally a Blacksmith's shop, The Horseshoe Inn is a pristinely refurbished Restaurant With Rooms that has been decorated with flair and panache to create a haven of luxury, taste and style.

The Horseshoe Inn is situated in the sleepy village of Eddleston in the Scottish Borders, 5 miles north of Peebles and only 18 miles south of Edinburgh.

Originally a Blacksmith's shop, now significantly refurbished, a warm welcome awaits all of our visitors from Vivienne and husband, Chef Director, Patrick Bardoulet.

First impressions of this Restaurant with Rooms are one of a pristinely refurbished property that has been decorated with flair and panache to create a haven of luxury, taste and style. The restaurant is very much the focus, but deep sofas in the lounge allow guests to enjoy drinks before dinner, and an eye-catching, smart bistro provides an appealing alternative to the more formal Bardoulet's Restaurant.

The Horseshoe Inn is Closed on Mondays (except Bank holidays, we close the Tuesday instead)
