The Orangery Restaurant takes full advantage of it’s location on the Ayrshirecoast. Looking over the grounds of Seamill Hydro and on to over 100 square miles of land and sea.

The Orangery features an expanse of glass offering unrivalled views across the hotel’s landscaped gardens and out over the Firth of Clyde and the islands of Arran, and, in the distance Ailsa Craig. 

This brand new addition to the Victorian hotel offers all of the modern comforts you would expect from air conditioning to high tech glass that keeps the sun out of your eyes but still offers the spectacular views.  The food and service more than match the setting with an extensive lunch menu and delightful dinner menu using the finest ingredients.  Service is warm, friendly and knowledgable without being intrusive.  The Orangery is the perfect place to eat, whatever the occasion.
