The Quay Restaurant is pleasantly situated overlooking the water on the corner of Wharf Street, Montrose. On entry the spacious enviroment from Lounge to Reception and through to the Restaurant is immediately noticeable. The furniture and decoration is thoughtfully conceived in a subtle, simplistic, contemporary style with selective and innovative wall decorations adorning the walls. The Quay has a relaxed ambience with a high standard of cuisine and attentive, efficient friendly service.

Roast Squash, Chestnut and Sage Risotto, Crispy Bacon: "The risotto was proportionate and balanced with the squash dominating the combination of flavours and the chestnut and bacon complementing and delivering texture." "The risotto was cooked and presented to a good standard."

We are open Tuesday to Sunday all day from 11.30 am until Midnight.
Our Lounge is open all day for drinks.
