Located in the conservation village of Carnwath this family run hotel offers a warm welcome in the Bistro serving traditional Scottish fare.
Head chef Ryan uses the finest ingredients sourced from many independent and local producers. Our Burn's Country Matured Beef and Scottish Lamb come from W.W. Wales in Ayrshire while our haggis comes from Scotland's 1st haggis maker champion, Cockburn's of Dingwall.
Our open sandwiches are popular for a light snack, while our traditional steak & ale pie will satisfy even the largest of appetites.
To round off your meal try a port & cheese platter which includes Dunsyre Blue made just a few miles away, or our own sticky toffee pudding with warm toffee sauce, delicious!
Our wine list has a good choice from around the world, however if a malt is your tipple we have a grand selection and always a Malt of the Moment.
