Roast Rack of Perthshire lamb, spiced poached pear in red wine, black olive jus: "The rack had been sliced to provide three chops placed on the plate, served pink as requested and with some flat leaf parsley on top. The pear looked good and the jus was drizzled around the plate." "A very good flavour to the spiced pear and the black olive jus which went very well with the lamb and did not overpower it."
