The Rooftop Restaurant at Knock Castle Hotel and Spa, has splendid views of the surrounding countryside from the panoramic windows and there is also a contemporary terrace adjacent, which can be used, weather permitting. The Restaurant is decorated in a traditional Scottish style with tartan carpet, green and white table linen and extra large polished wine goblets. The cuisine is of a very high standard and the service is friendly, attentive and professional.
