This old established hostelry dates back to the year 1850 and is the rarest of finds being possibly the only 'Independent Free House' in Glasgow City Centre. It's famous for its 'Real Ales' and 'Fine Malt Whisky Collection'. Frequented by all sectors of the public you could be standing next to an actor, musician, master of industry or just a normal everyday person but all are treated equally by our wonderful team. Now in its third generation of the same family it is unique in today's world with only six names ever having been up above its door.
