The Borders of Scotland have long boasted a wealth of first-rate culinary raw materials ' not only its famous salmon, but also wonderful trout, succulent eels and wild game of every sort. At our family run Game Fare Smokery we appreciate fine food. We use traditional methods to enhance the natural flavour of the finest fare. Using home grown herbs we brine fresh local produce and then smoke it, slowly over a bed of oak chips. The results are remarkable.
Lovers of quality food will value our dedication and delight at the range of our smoked fare which includes smoked salmon, smoked trout, smoked duck, smoked chicken, homemade smoked pâté and smoked cheese amongst others. Our Smokery Food Hall houses many complimentary products to enhance our home smoked foods. We offer a mail order service where you can take advantage of sending a food hamper as a gift or have our fine foods delivered straight to your door.
