Overview

Our aim is to achieve a programme that is balanced between organised groups and public sessions, so that the local community and visitors to the area have the opportunity to visit the Pool on a casual basis as well as take part in more specialist groups.

Swimming is one of the most beneficial forms of exercise for young and old alike and is great fun so why not join the public sessions or attend one of the clubs.

Aqua Aerobics

An exciting way to keep fit with all the thrills of exercising to music in the water. A low-impact form of exercise aqua aerobics is suitable for all ages and abilities and non-swimmers are welcome.

Aquatec Parties

Looking for a birthday or celebration party with a difference? Water, lights, music and inflatables all add up to fun - bookings are accepted for Saturdays.

Swimming Instruction

Learn to swim in pleasant surroundings with our qualified teachers. Lessons are available for everyone from children to adults. All standards from complete beginners are welcome.

Adult Groups

To cater for the adult who just wants recreational swimming, a hard training session or informal tuition there is an adults only, a ladies only and an adult teaching session.

Special Attractions

Special attractions are staged throughout the year and include learn to swim campaigns, theme nights and courses in specialist activities.
