Alness Swimming Pool is part of Alness Academy in the Highlands.
This 25 m swimming pool boasts friendly staff, play floats and an inflatable island. It is operated by The Highland Council's Cultural and Leisure Services for public use during evenings, weekends and school holidays.
Swimming is one of the most beneficial forms of exercise for young and old alike and is great fun. So why not join the public sessions or attend one of the clubs?
Aqua aerobics is an exciting way to keep fit with all the thrills of exercising to music in the water. A low-impact form of exercise, aqua aerobics is suitable for all ages and abilities and non-swimmers are welcome.
Activities also include badminton, 5-a-side football, basketball and hockey.
