Discover the area’s rural life at the Angus Folk Museum, located in the village of Glamis.
Angus Folk Museum is a centre for agricultural and rural life. Find out about the lives of the area’s rural workers and browse bannock spades, cloutie rugs and many more fascinating objects.
The domestic section is housed in six charming 18th century cottages in Kirk Wynd, and the agricultural collection in the farm steading opposite illustrates changes in the Angus countryside in the last 200 years.
Various events are held throughout spring and summer, and a small shop sells a variety of souvenirs.
