Applecross Walled Garden

Parks & Gardens

Strathcarron, Ross, Cromarty, Skye & Inverness, IV54 8ND

Applecross Walled Garden is a lovingly restored garden in the Scottish Highlands.

Applecross Walled Garden and the Potting Shed Cafe and Restaurant lie in the heart of the spectacular Applecross Estate in Wester Ross at the western end of Bealach na Ba, Britain´s highest mountain pass. Surrounded by mountains, rivers and forests, and with the Inner Sound of Raasay a stone throw away, they are well placed to take advantage of a huge wealth of locally sourced food: local beef, lamb and wild venison, free range eggs, wild mushrooms, locally caught fish and shellfish from sustainable fisheries, and of course, everything they can grow in the garden

    Road Directions

Take the spectacular Bealach na Ba hill road after Kishorn.  At the T-junction in Applecross, turn right for half a mile.  Entrance to Applecross House is immediately in front of you.
